Full Description

Sylhet tour is your perfect holiday destination during the monsoon and rainy season in Bangladesh. Sylhet is the holy mystical city & experiences waterways. Ratargul Swamp Forest is the only swamp forest in Bangladesh that is situated in Sylhet. The trees are submerged in the water. The best time to visit this thrilling place is during the rainy season. The water level rises higher than any other time and reveals its true beauty around this time of the year. This tour covers all the major Sylhet tourist places & spots. Sylhet hotels & Sylhet resorts are diversified with good experiences.

Day 1 Jaflong, Tribal Village & Blue Water of Lala Khal

The trip will start from Sylhet city & check into an A/C 3-star hotel (as per the hotel Check-in & Check out policy) in Sylhet city. The room will be given 3 X Double Bed Room.

9 AM: Breakfast will be served with Paratha, Egg, and Dal at the famous Pachbhai or Panshi Restaurant.

10 AM: We will start our journey to Jaflong by a reserved A/C Hiace/Noah. It may take approx. 2 hours to reach there.

12 PM: Reach Jaflong. Jaflong is a hill station and tourist destination overshadowed by subtropical mountains and rain forests. It is known for its stone collections.

You can have a 360-degree mountain and river view from Jaflong. Also, the Dauki village can experience how stone working collect stone from river marine. There is a famous waterfall called shangrampunji which is 20 minutes away from rive marine. You can have a fresh bath over there and take a photo with your trip mates.

2 PM: Lunch will be served at a standard local restaurant, Jaflong View restaurant at Jaflong with Plain Rice, Fish fry, Chicken Curry, Vorta, Dal.

3 PM: After visiting Jaflong, we will be heading to Lalakhal. It will take at least 1 hours to reach Lalakhal (Gowainghat Upozila). There you will have the chance to explore the beauty of Lalakhal & have an exciting boat ride on the blue water. We will arrange 2 reserve local boats with all safety equipment. The water of Lalakhal has a variety of colors blue, green, and clear water at different points.

6 PM: Return to Sylhet city. On the way back, we will try to visit Shah Paran Dargah.

9 PM: Dinner will be served at a famous Pachbhai/Panshi restaurant with Rice, Chicken Curry, Shutki Vorta, Begun Vaji, Daal, and Salad.

Day 2 -Scenic Tour at Volagonj Shada Pathor - Ratargul

9 AM: Breakfast will be served at Pachbhai/Panshi restaurant with Khichuri, Egg, Dal.

10 PM: Start the journey to Volaganj Shada Pathor by reserved A/C Hi ace/Noah. It’ll take approximately 2 hours to reach Volagonj Shada pathor. We will arrange a Boat Ride over there.

Bholagonj, is the largest stone quarry in Bangladesh in Sylhet city. It’s a place that boasts of rows of hills, rivers, falls, and quarries. The Meghalayan clouds, unremitting flow of waterfalls and ceaseless streams of rivers in the rainy season as well as the sandy shores of the Dholai that appear right after the rainy season are more than enough to mesmerize tourists.

2 PM: After exploring the Bholagonj-Shada pathor, lunch will be served at a local restaurant by the ghat with a standard Bengali menu (Rice, Fish/Chicken Curry, Dal).

3 PM: After completing lunch, we will be heading toward Ratargul Swamp Forest.

4 PM: Boat ride at Ratargul Swamp Forest. We’ll provide a standard local boat. Each Boat can carry 5/6 people. We will arrange 3 reserved local boats.

The Ratargul Swamp Forest is naturally conserved by the Department of Forestry (Govt. of Bangladesh). The evergreen forest is situated by the River Grain and linked with the Chengir Khal canal. Most of the trees that grow here are Koroch trees. The forest goes under 20-30 feet of water during the rainy season. For the rest of the year, the water level is about 10 feet deep variously.

7 PM: Heading back to Sylhet City. Before dinner, we will try to visit Shah Jalal Dargah. Also, you can complete your personal shopping by roaming around Sylhet city.

9 PM: Dinner will be served at a famous Pachbhai/Panshi restaurant with Plain rice, Chicken Curry/Koel Bird Roast, Dal. After Dinner trip will end at Sylhet city.
